Pet Feeding & Pop-Ins
available in Cockermouth,
Monday to Friday, 9am - 3pm
Working Hours: Mon-Fri 9:00-15:00
Out of Hours: Evenings, Weekends & Bank Holidays

Deep Clean of Cages/Stables/Hutches etc: +£5.00
Extended Visits: £5 per extra 10minutes
Outside of our working hours: +£5 per day (we do not accept bookings for 'out of hours' work in advance. If we are free, we will help, but I have too many other things going on in my life to commit to evening & weekend work - sorry).

How to Pay for a Service
You can either pay cash, PayPal or do a bank transfer after we have emailed you an invoice (on the last day of the month):

When asked for the 'Payee Reference' please enter your pet's name and your surname. (i.e. Bindi - Le Voi)

Cash: Please place cash in a sealed envelope with your pet's name and the date written on the front. (i.e. Bindi - January). You can pay cash on every visit or weekly if you prefer, but if this is the case, an invoice won't be sent but you will receive an email receipt at the end of the month.​

Our Cancellation Policy
We operate on a first-come, first-served basis.
Our schedule is set on Sunday mornings, so please book by Saturday. However, you can book online until 17:00 the day before your appointment.
Cancellations or rescheduling are free until 09:00 the day before. Between 09:00 and 17:00 the day before, a 50% fee applies. After 17:00, or if we’re unable to walk your dog due to an error on your part, you will be charged 100% of the service fee.
