We offer a "Buy One Get One Half Price" deal on all dogs from the same household.
30 minute walk:

1 hour walk

90 minute walk:
1 dog: £18.00 2 dogs: £27.00 3 dogs: £45.00
Out of area charge: +£2 if you're in Embleton, +£5 if outside our catchment area
Expawdition Days

Paired Walks
available Mon-Fri, 11:30 - 14:30
in Cockermouth & Papcastle
Paired walks are 45minutes in length.
1 dog is £18
2 dogs from the same household is £25
If you have more than 2 dogs from the same household and you'd like them walked in their own group, the price is £18 for the first dog, then £7 for every additional dog (up to 6 dogs).
If you'd prefer a solo walk opposed to a paired walk, this will cost £25
Pet Feeding & Pop-Ins
available in Cockermouth & Brigham
Working Hours: Mon-Fri 9:30-14:30
Out of Hours: Evenings, Weekends & Bank Holidays

Deep Clean of Cages/Stables/Hutches etc: +£5.00
Extended Visits: £5 per extra 10minutes

One visit will be approx 10minutes
How to Pay for a Service
You can either pay cash, PayPal or do a bank transfer after we have emailed you an invoice (on the last day of the month):

Cash: Please place cash in a sealed envelope with your pet's name and the date written on the front. (i.e. Bindi - January). You can pay cash on every visit or weekly if you prefer, but an invoice won't be sent.

Our Cancellation Policy
We work on a First-Come-First-Serve policy however you have until 17:00 the day before to book a service.
For Social Dog Walks and Pep Pop-Ins we give you until 17:00 the day before to cancel or reschedule a booking.
For Expawdition Days and Solo Walks we give you until 09:30 the day before to cancel or reschedule a booking.
If you cancel or reschedule a Social Dog Walk or a Pet Pop-In after 17:00 the previous day, or a Solo Walk or an Expawdition Day after 9:30am the previous day, you will be charged 50% of the service cost as a member of staff will have already been allocated and it will be hard to fill the space in such a small amount of time.
If you cancel or reschedule on the day a service is booked (any service) or if your dog is booked in and we come to your house to pick them up and they are not there / we are unable to get in your house for whatever reason, you will be charged in full as wages still need to be paid and we won’t be able to fill the space in such short notice.
