Instructions
Once you have received confirmation that we are able to assist, please click the “Register Now” button above.
(This will open a new window prompting you to enter your email address.)
Enter your email address and follow the steps to verify your details (please check your junk folder if you do not receive the confirmation email).
After registering, please provide as much information as possible about yourself, then click “ADD PET” to enter your pet’s details.
Please note: we cannot allow your dog off the lead unless you have granted permission within the database.
You are not required to complete every field—only those relevant to the services you require. As a minimum, we need your address, contact number, emergency contact details, information on how to access your property (e.g. key, keybox code, neighbour access), if we can let your dog off lead and if they are up to date with their vaccinations, flea/tick treatment
We kindly ask that you complete as much information as possible about your pet. The more detail provided, the better we can tailor our care.
