Instructions
Once you have had confirmation we are able to help, please click on the "Register Now" button above.
(This will open a new window where you will be asked for your email address).
Enter your email address, then follow the steps to confirm you have entered the correct information (check your junk box).
Once you have registered, you then need to fill in as much information as you can about yourself then click "ADD PET" to input all your pets information too.
Please note, we CANNOT let your dog off lead unless you've granted us permission on the database.
Please don't feel you have to answer all the questions - just the ones relevant to the services you will be requiring.
The minimum information we need to know about you, is your address, contact number, emergency contact and how to access your house (key/keybox code/neighbour etc).
Please fill in as much information as possible about your pet though: The more information we have, the easier it is to do our job well.
